Ridiculously Good For You Granola

  • 200g Oatbran
  • 10 tbsps of Flaxseed
  • 10 tbsps of Chia Seeds
  • 6 tbsps of Maca Powder
  • 5 tbsps of Bee Pollen
  • 3 tbps of Cinnamon 

Method

  • Simply mix all the ingredients together and put it in a sealed container!

I usually have about 30-40g of this for a portion at breakfast. I either mix it in with 100g of 0% fat Greek yogurt (as photographed) or mix it in with almond milk. Because of how absorbent the chia seeds and Oatbran is, means that you can add a lot of liquid making the quantity almost double in size! Making it very filling!
