Salted Caramel Smoothiesml

This recipe is great for breakfast or an afternoon snack as it’s super healthy and filling, with the addition of maca it also perks you up when you need it. To read more of the benefits of maca, click here. Serves 1 Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tsp of maca
  • 100ml of milk (I used almond milk, but you can use whichever you like!)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • sprinkle of sea salt to taste


  • Blender


  • Simply blend all the ingredients together, apart from the salt, until nice and smooth. Then sprinkle with sea salt to taste. And voilà!
