Flavoured water is not only delicious but it’s really refreshing and much better for you than having a fizzy drink – but don’t get me wrong I love an ice cold Orangina in the summer. You can basically put whatever you want in flavoured waters as long as you slice the produce and leave it long enough to infuse. This Pimms water is really good for keeping your tummy feeling flatter. This is because of the fresh mint which aids your digestion, the lemon is good for your immune system, detoxification and weight loss, fresh ginger is great if you are feeling a bit bloated as well as helping absorb nutrients from other foods into your body. So overall this water will make you feeling great and best of all it tastes like Pimms!
- 2l of water
- 3 inch piece of ginger sliced
- 4 sprigs of mint
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1/3 of cucumber
- chopping board and knife
- large jug/ big water bottle
- Simply put all your ingredients in a container and leave the flavours to infuse. It’s best to leave it in the fridge overnight and then you can have it ready for the following day!
