I’m Genevieve, a graduate and aspiring chef. Having worked in a Swiss Chalet, yachts on the Côte d’Azur and a Villa in le Gers; I am now trying to become a professional chef. I love cooking, however in trying to be healthy I like exploring alternative ingredients that are all around better for you and your waistline. In saying that, there are definitely times when splurging is appropriate and inevitable!
